Is there really a different journal for each state?
Yes. There are 51 editions, one for each state and Washington, DC. Each follows its own state's record-keeping rules and includes that state's handbook pages. Pick your state in the shop.
My state doesn't require a journal. Do I still need one?
Even where a journal isn't required, keeping one is widely recommended. A complete, well-kept record is your best evidence of what happened at a signing if it's ever questioned. Always follow your own state's rules and guidance.
What's the difference between paperback and hardcover?
The pages and content are identical. The hardcover adds a rigid cover for durability on the road.
How long does shipping take?
